Video and Voice Recording

So I have a Creative webcam (good product, does the job), and software that came with it to record my images. I also have a microphone built into my laptop (it's pretty crappy, but oh well), and Audacity to record my voice. What I really want, though, is a program that can record video and voice at the same time. I've searched for ones, but I couldn't find anything.

Anyone know any good downloaded programs that will do the job?

I am pretty sure ffmpeg can do this. Plus it's free, so can't go wrong with giving it a try.

VLC will do it, but it's non-trivial.
