Cops are allowed to have fun too!

I went to the (Oktoberfest-like) fair yesterday evening (it looks like in this picture). It had been raining pretty much all day, so there weren't many people at the fairgrounds. That meant the two teams of cops and the two teams of first aid people were bored. So what did I see the cops doing? They were at one of the skill shot booths, where you have to shoot a target with an airgun to win a prize. I saw them again doing their rounds of the fairgrounds again 15 mins later, but they didn't carry any plushie (the usual prize at the fair). That makes me assume that they must have been at the booth for fun and giggles, because they drew quite the "crowd" for an empty fair (almost ten 15-18 year old youths). Either the youths dared them, or they just wanted to show off their shooting skills (obviously, cops are trained at gun use).
Yeah, the fair is fun for everyone!
