I want to write a novel (or at least a short story) about a superheroine. I have all the concept down, but I have no idea where to go for the story. I'm kinda piecing it together... very slowly. But I need some help.

So far, I have her running away from an abusive father, then getting caught in an explosion that mutates her, yadda yadda, magical powers.

I have no frigging clue what to do after the explosion. I've kinda got the vague idea that she's going to start taking...

Eek. I feel like I'm abusing the system when I get rep back for giving someone rep. I think that means that I shouldn't be signing my rep comments in the first place >.<

Not entirely sure why I thought that was a good idea.

Hmm, looks like the unplanned break from ADISC was good for me. But, I think I'm ready to come back now.

I need to rant:

Whenever I'm bored, I think.
This vacation's topic is "sexuality". Oh joy.
So far, I've come up with this:
Biologically, I'm bisexual. I get turned on by both men and women.
Consciously, I'm asexual. I don't want to have sex with anyone. ...Well, I don't want to initiate sex. ...If that makes any sense at all.
Ethically, I'm homosexual. I can't see myself having sex with a woman -- pregnancy, loss of physical virginity --...

Oh, God... My neck is killing me.
I'm sleeping at my grandmother's house on her pullout couch -- I am thoroughly convinced the springs in it are causing my neck to be out of whack.
We're going to a chiropractor later today, then we're spending the rest of the day in Brooklyn visiting my cousins.
Pain, though... Pain beyond pain...
*whimpers*
