Well, this weekend was great. It started Friday with the NHL Entry Draft, when I attended the Thrashers Fan Club draft party. It was a blast, I got a couple of Bogosian autographs, and I met Dan Kamal, the Thrashers' radio broadcaster, and talked with him for about 5 minutes after the first round was over. I told him about how I wanted to have a carreer in hockey broadcasting, and he gave me some great advice, not condescending at all. OK! So, after discovering that NOBODY whatsoever accepts American Express gift cards, I decided to just give the card to my father for Father's Day, and do the whole diaper thing over again. I decided to do the money order option, so after sending in an order, I put $28.48 in the envelope and sent it off yesterday.

Maybe, just maybe... it'll work.
