Have you received your shipment yet?
This makes me think that what people initially thought were orders were just pre-orders a month or two ahead of time.

There customer service SUCKS. I pre-ordered 2 cases months ago and haven't got them yet. I called left messages e-mailed left messages and NOTHING. On the other hand Bambino's are great. I complained once and they sent me 2 cases for nothing. TimmyPosted 4 Weeks Ago at 03:23 PM by babababy

My friend made an order AFTER their CS said that it would arrive within 2 weeks (or at least ship)...so she made the order and CS hasn't gotten back to her ONCE.
