Just a small space to record the goings on of my life. Right now the lot of this is devoted to me chronicling my life in diapers 24/7. How long I'll be wearing them I don't know... but it's going to be an interesting ride.
Updating my situation.

Hey all...
It's been a while since I last updated my 24/7 situation... so here it goes.
First off... yes, I am still wearing 24/7 for wetting only. I will do the other in my diaper occasionally... but most of the time it ends up in the potty. Just less to have to deal with that way. I have been wearing non-stop since April... so I'm in month 4 now.
I find that after this period of time my bladder capacity has noticably decreased. I am now wetting practically every hour that I am awake with only a few moments notice before it starts. The amount varies depending on the amount of fluids I am consuming... the stream usually lasts from 3-5 seconds. I remain dry while asleep... though more recently I have been able to relieve myself while awake and laying down... so some progress in this department has been made.
My taste in diapers has changed yet again. I have switched from Attends to Dry 24/7s during the daytime while I am at work. Dispite the increased thickness they are very comfortable and have the capacity to last me from 7:30AM when I leave for the day to 6:00PM when I arrive back home... even though I go through 4 32oz bottles of water during the course of work. I use the Attends now for evenings at home or when I am out at a location where there is easy access to private changing facilities.
Other than that... life goes on. Work is hot and sweaty... about the same as always LOL. LuvsGurl & I are in the process of moving out of our little one-bedroom apartment and into a rental house beside our friend Jen (yes, the one on this board). We are tired of the crime, the noisy arsehole neighbors, the crappy appliances, stained walls, and water leaks. So basicly apartment life in general. The house is a nice size and is clean inside, but it will need some work... especially in the yard which looks like a cross between a jungle, garden, and fruit grove. We plan to rent the place for a year or two while we get our finances in order... then if we like it enough we will put in a bid and buy it.
The next few weeks are looking to be pretty crazy... but it should pay off in the end.

Ha, I understand the apartment bit. My wife and I first lived in the upstairs of a house. It had one bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. We bought our first house for 15,000. It was a 2 bedroom 2 story frame, probably about 75 yrs. old, but it was all ours. It had a 2 car garage, and that's where I built my 340 Duster. We had our first child in that house and I still have fond memories. I hope your adventure is as wonderful as ours.

"even though I go through 4 32oz bottles of water during the course of work."
Cut your water intake in half. The daily dietary recommendation is eight 8-ounce glasses, or 64 ounces. I barely drink 40 ounces a day and wake up three times a night to urinate. Half a gallon is a doom sentence because I can't get up to urinate every 15 minutes in college. You are a much smaller person than I am. Stick to a maximum of 64 ounces of water a day, please. Excess water consumption decreases overall sodium levels, thins blood and can bloat bodily cells. It can cause water intoxication of the brain and death. |
