In a haphazard attempt to bring the babyfur (and the tb/ab) community closer together, I will be starting a youtube channel called BabyfurTV, and it will be an open forum to anyone!

And since it will be an open forum, it will be run by the kids for the kids! And we can always make changes, if you don't like something about the channel, we can change it!
It won't be anything-goes however, but it will be very open-minded and very open-hearted :3
So come one! Come all!

Welllllllllllll, neat idea! I'm all for it! Except.......

Most people in our fandom/community will barely do voice chat, let alone video conferencing/etc. :P They must think voicing with someone will eat their souls or something. xD

I wish you the best of luck; and I approve of experiments in community-building. Please don't be disappointed if people prefer to remain hidden behind their avatars and usernames though; and expect things not to go exactly as planned; they may go less well, better, or just in a different direction.

My only thing is, as other people have said is...trolls.
The only way I can see to prevent this is if the people running the channel are very serious abuout it and try to check the comments and things at least twice a day.

I don't know if its a feature, but if you set it up to where comments have to be validated, rather then just posted that wuld be good to.
Its also good to look into the profiles of the people watching your thing.
I don't mean be paranoid about it, but if the user who watches you has a bunch of hate related, /b/ tard related, or just closed minded videos favorites, you should keep an eye on them at best.

it could work, its just going to take a lot of security and watching over.


PS: I am also not opposed to helping out with the project.
I would do a video or two for you if I could present it in a manner I found sufficeint to keeping the furry fandom and AB/DL culture safe from misquuoting us...too harshly.
I am saying this because I am comfortable showing my face and being recognized as a supporter and ally, I just, wanty us to be proffesional about it.

it's a great idea but how would youtubers who are part of this community upload their introductions and videos? would their be a shared password or something?
