I'm not sure they would be big enough for me... I'm a big guy.
No, why would I? For one, I'm going to assume that they're made to fit, you know, a dog. I don't have a tail to stick through a tail hole, nor am I shaped like a dog. Secondly, I have a feeling a dog's bladder isn't nearly as large as mine. I'd probably destroy it as if it was a baby's diaper with a single wetting.

No because dog diapers are not meant to be worn by humans.
And baby diapers are meant for actual babies. Hasn't stopped at lot of people here from trying either. In short: that's not really a valid point...
I bought a pack to try. They are too small but make good stuffers
