Tv babies!

Over the past year or so I've noticed that there are far more adult babies or adult nappies creeping into tv these days, a couple of note are that scrubs episode where JD pictures everyone in nappies (bit weird) and that beer advert with all the folks in fetish gear (totally random I think it was grolsch) and I was wondering what is your favourite tv appearance of people in nappies?
Series, film, documentary or cartoon any notable apperence?
