cartoon or comic charactors that wear diapers

I remeber those Tom & Jerry episodes well.
I think their may have been a Flintstones episode where Fred convinces Barney to dress up like a baby to be in beautifull baby contest or some thing like that.
I also remeber Buggs Bunny dressing up like a baby on a couple of occasions

I think that episode was The Gorilla of My Dreams. As it would happen poor Bugs Bunny was knocked over the head by a drunk Stork. The Stork was making baby deliveries and was being given drinks from the happy fathers. The Stork lost a baby Gorilla and used Bugs as a substitute. The father Gorilla saw right through this and was mean to Bugs. I think there were two cartoons with Bugs Bunny like this. There was another cartoon series that had a character called Diaper Man ,Rope Man and Cuckoo Man. I think it was American Heroes or something like that. I remember seeing it while stationed in Hawaii during the late 70s.

also this wasn't a cartoon but the later seasons of Mork and Mindy feature comdeian Johnathan winters a the baby of Mork and Mindy
the set up was orken babie aged back wards. so Jonathan as Merth looked like an old man in baby clothes like cloth diapers and overalls etc. but he was supposed to be a baby and then a toddler.
the only adult baby charcter i ever saw on TV. on a regular series. very funny.

When I was looking at Youtube the other day I noticed there were two versions of Powerpuffs. It was the first time I had seen the anime version. I take it the PPG anime is fairly recent?

I just remembered that there is an episode of Fairly Odd Parents where Timmy wishes to be a baby and then dosen't want to turn back.

from 2000AD (comic). i used to read this all the time when i was younger and it was probably my first experience of a non-baby being a baby and/or being diapered.
at the time, i was still bedwetting and i was disappointed that Kidd didn't wear placky-pants over his nappy, like i did at night.

and their was scrappy Doo I think wore diapers at first because he was a puppy.
