There is no such thing as a nuk 5 It is just a nickname given to the medic-pro nuk.

I have never owned a nuk4, as the medic-pro was quite nice in my opinion.

Nope, production ceased some time in 2005 or 2006, according to a pharmacist who couldn't order them any more around that time.

Actually, in the German pharmacy ordering system, the pacifier the AB community calls "NUK 5" is listed as "NUK size 4". Talk about confusing. The official name of what ABs called "NUK 4" is "NUK Maxi Trainer" and the official name of the "NUK 5" is "NUK Medic Pro size Large". There's a size "small" too for some reason.

Yes, my original hope was that that site would have the pacifiers I wanted, but they do not. They offer the option to mail them your own pacifiers though. Not sure which I will wind up going with, as I have yet to try this on my own.

I am not very good at crafts or fixing things in general though.

Luna, my first thread was about this same thing. I've got the shield and button that I want but need to put the 'nuk-5' onto it. it's a MAM 6+ mos. It was dead simple to pull the button off. Just a little push-and-twist with a flat-head driver, and *POP* off the button came. I pulled the mouthpiece out through the front, and squeezed it back in. easy-peasy. I don't know if there's a nice place for a step-by-step, but if anyone thinks it's worthwhile, I can take pictures of each step...
