How To Donate Money?

Considering all the effort & new expense ADISC has involved, not to mention running costs, and future costs (blog & wiki & other software) - I think the time has come (again) for Moo to tell us how we might go about donating $. Even a little from several members would help, I am sure; and Moo has said in the past that he isn't interested in ad-support.

He may not be interested in ad-support but I think it will help him quite a lot. Once he puts the donate button back up I'll give with £50 ($100).

I've re-added a donation link and bar to the forum homepage.
The donation link shouldn't ask you for an address to ship anything to, it should be a tax-free, address-free donation that accepts all major credit/debit cards.
