Reputation Appeal Question.

About a week ago I got neg-rep that I didn't think I deserved, so I appealed. Just yesterday, Moo responded with one word: "Changed." I don't want to bug him any more than I already have, so I ask you now: what does this mean?

P.S. I still have the neg-rep, no nothing has happened yet.

If I were you, I'd be curious as to why it was or was not changed. I mean, I'm sure he agreed with your beef, but I dunno. What if he didn't.

It sounds like he agreed with your appeal and changed the rep, but somehow that's not showing up for you yet. Maybe he intended to change it and something went wrong or he forgot. I'd write him back and ask, it's the only way you'll know for sure.

He doesn't give you positive rep instead, he just has it so you don't get any neg rep, so it's just where its -0 instead of -1

No, I mean that if it were -0 it would be 9, it is now -1 so it is 8. Is this any clearer?

Is it possible he only changed the reason the person put for giving you neg rep?

No, the reason is the same, but that seems a little pointless anyway... to me, that is.

Nothing whatsoever, to the best of my knowledge, has happened.

Maybe he intended to change it and something went wrong or he forgot. I'd write him back and ask, it's the only way you'll know for sure.
