I thought we had sort of an idiot safety net in place before. Didn't it used to be that a relatively low number of negative reputation hits would automatically throw a new user into moderation to prevent them from digging themselves too deep a hole?

Although I know that everyone makes mistakes, I'm personally kind of inclined to let people bear the weight of their own bad choices most of the time.

We do have that people with (I think) -5 rep go into moderation I don't see what you're replying to though?

It's a bug report thread, so if this is a bug or missing feature, I put it here rather than start up a new thread. Anyway, it could be that it's all functioning perfectly, I just thought it kicked in earlier than I noticed it happening this most recent time around.
