I post three social groups before I knew the five social groups limit. How can I put the three of them into one without deleting them?

The short answer: You can't.

The long answer: Get everyone to join one, edit that one, and delete the other 2.

Or just delete two of them without having everyone join. People will see the main one and join eventually. I say the limit should be increased though.
