all you need are pins and pants.....any old towel will do as a nappy.
i'd advise using a proper liner (not a towel, but a 'one-way' liner) which are available from Mothercare and possibly Boots; these will be baby sized liners, though - you could also cut your own to size from
frost protection cloth which you can get from garden centres...it's the same material and it will feel silky-smooth when worn next to the skin.
