People can't always just suddenly decide to do things so easily. We can't run our entire world... other people affect our lives too. Sometimes people are harmed by bad decisions other people have made. Some people also just have easier lives than others. We are not all identical with identical life situations. I mean, I can see how that quote could potentially be inspirational, but still... sometimes things are not so easy.
